Orders

A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders. The Final payment prior to completion of goods, orders will only commence once funds have cleared into the khrisna Balussie account.
Goods will be inspected and collected only once the balance of funds has cleared into the Khrisna Balussie account.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, credit card or Telegraphic Transfer to the following bank account. You can choose our Rupiah or US Dollar account based on the currency you have. You are able to send AUD$ / NZ$ / EURO / UKP – our bank will automatically covert the funds to Rupiah or Dollar, based on the exchange rate of the day.

Minimum Order

A minimum order is required as amount USD 2,500.00 (wholesale), order less than a minimum require will be a retail price.  Please specify if you require other term such as FOB, C&F, C.I.F, etc. Prices are quoted at cost excluding packing/freight forwarding charge will billed separately.

Special Order

We allow for 3 revisions for custom design samples, custom designed samples and related freight charges will be bill to the client.

Claims

Claims for negligence with regards to the quality of goods, must be supported by photos and others authentic evidence from legal independent inspector made within 2 weeks from the date received of goods at the port of destination. Maximum claims will be 10% from the price cost of rejected items only.

Return Policy

There is two weeks return policy up on arrival date of goods at port destination, if you are not satisfy with your purchase, we will refunds your up on the cost price only. Any item after two weeks days prior is not refundable.

Damage Claims Policy (Shipping & Handling) Insurance

Customer should always closely inspect your item up on arrival. Give a note on the delivery ticket for your damage items to receive a refund or exchange. Normally, carrier will handle any damage claims you may have on your items. If you have problems with the delivery company in resolving your damage claims please do not hesitate to contact us.
